Response to Class Lecture- Media Critques

On Friday in class, we discussed/learned what a media critique was. The discussion over what we could critique them on was eye opening and interesting because I haven't really given much thought about critiquing the news and journalists. I've always simply accepted what they said as the truth and that they were correct all the time. Now, whenever I watch the news or read the newspaper, I would critique them in my head and think about what they could improve on in their report. For me, listening to the news will never be the same.
